What is 360° feedback?

360 degree feedback is a technique where people you work with fill in a short questionnaire about your performance.

The responses are anonymous, which allows people to express their opinion freely.

Usually it is a good idea to make it clear to participants that the results will be used as a guide for self-improvement and personal development. This encourages honesty and accuracy.

The result of this process is a feedback report.

The report highlights the differences of opinion on subject's performance between different categories of raters.
